I’ve got nothing against recording away support but some people take things way too seriously.
I’ve also never been shown what an acceptable away support should be either.
BTW our away support at Crawley yesterday would have been our home numbers less than a decade ago.
No trains/public transport options and apparently there was an issue with the supporters club coach.
Not that we have to make excuses to strangers on the internet, of course.
With Ernie I think it was a case of his contract being until the end of that season and with it not going to be renewed it was decided mutually to not see out the season. Not that it would have made a difference that year
I’m pretty sure we have never sacked a manager in our 125 year history. Pretty much every manager change has been after a resignation.
I doubt we’ll change that, even after 4 points from our first 10 games this season and 8 from the last 63 available overall.
We didn’t lose. Forgot how that felt.
A decent performance from Sutton today, could have won it but just couldn’t put our chances away after doing well to create them. Heads didn’t drop after the goal.
