He’s more of an advanced attacking midfielder, chipped in with ten goals last season. Not prolific but good for someone who plays where he does, we signed a striker last week so maybe that’s pushed him down the order a bit, but I like him and hope he does well wherever he ends up.
I thought we were very good second half, bit of a goal fest by our standards and really should have had more. Salford’s only tactic seemed to be get it out wide and cross to Smith, it worked once, but had little answer to us after.

Scoring goals has been our biggest issue for a few seasons now, unsurprisingly we’re the current lowest scorers in the division again so far. Williams is one of few who came out of last weekends game with any credit.
The Cowley’s would want full control over transfers, would your set up allow for that?
