Not sure it will be 1800. We had only two sell-out away ends last season (Mansfield and Grimsby) and neither were given more than 1600. This allowed for a segregation area between the away stand Block 1 and the large home stand Block 7 which is where the 617 are stood. Worked miserably...

It is the number who enter the ground, not ticket sales. Tranmere sold out their Easter Monday allocation of 1000 at Sincil Bank but only 920 attended the game. I only use official away attendances announced (with the exception of around 10 games this season which were estimated on this forum).

Problem for any ref is how to deal with (all) teams gamesmanship- whether it is taking an extra 10 yards at a throw-in or free kick, time wasting or going down as if poleaxed with the slightest touch and then picking up on the genuine penalties amongst all the shenanigans. You either deal with...
