Get through January with the squad mostly intact, that's all that's on our minds at the moment.
I'm used to wanting lots of activity in the window but not this one, let's hear absolutely nothing. Maybe bring a midfielder in, and I'm a happy man.
We have an option for an extra year on his contract, so no real huge drama as of yet if true.
I imagine a lot of our lads will be holding out till we know what league we are in next year to decide if they want to extend or not.
Second half Saddlers strike again.
We were hopeless first half, but Sadler changed approached second half with McEntee and Jamma and we bossed it.
Unreal win and performance, on cloud nine.
We can't keep this up, it just doesn't compute with my Walsall supporting experience. So expecting a draw away at Notts County wednesday. Funnily enough they're the last team to score against us! Expecting a much tighter game with Crowley back.
Newport knocked it around well first half and we didn't have a kick until the 35th minute - though they didn't create anything at all in that time. We just couldn't retain the ball at all. We ended the half with the best chance of the game though.
Second half much better but still nowhere near...
About as lifeless of a half from us as I've seen this season. Both the team and the crowd as flat as anything - which is bizarre considering the position we are in.
Obviously would hurt. But I wouldn't say we are a one man team. One of the best defences in the league, a superb midfield and we create loads of chances.
Lowe is incredible but we are more than the sum of our parts and I have faith we would replace him adequately.
Thought that was a fairly comfortable win in again, shocking conditions. Nothing between the two teams first half but second we just looked in total control. Donny looked good the few times they got the ball down and moved it quick - but were more interested in lumping it long, which Harry...
I really hope you're right. I think the past two seasons of losing our top goalscorer in January (DJ and then Draper) has got us all expecting the inevitable. Lowe is loving it here though - his dad was in the away end too yesterday. Could tell from his first interview that he had his head...
Very comfortable win yesterday. Conditions were farcical but we dealt with it better. Josh March got a silly red card, lost his head at the first bit of stick he got off the away fans and then got two yellow cards in quick succession. Probably should have been more than 2-0 but we take it...
We looked tired today and was fairly poor overall, but still managed to get the win over the line with a few gears we didn't have to go up into left. I didn't think Barrow were ever going to score.
We contrived to only draw 1-1 with Reading despite one of the most onesided games you'll ever see. Downright hilarious (only now afterwards that we won on pens) the amount of clear chances we missed. Should have scored about 6 or 7. We had 33 shots!
