Fantastic win, all over Wrexham. Where has that been all season?!. Such a Walsall thing to do, always show up against the better teams.
Nailed on we go to Grimsby on Monday and get our belly's tickled in a 2-0 loss now, it's the Walsall way.
Mat Sadler with some questionable comments about the fans last night, got a proper ego on him.
He has seemingly lost 95% of the fanbase but is still clinging onto his job somehow.
We absolutely battered Crewe for 60 minutes, should have been 3 or 4 up. They score a lovely goal on the counter to be fair and we once again dropped a bollock and just sat deep for 30 minutes. I was losing my mind. Equaliser was inevitable even if they didn't really create much of anything...
He was completely anonymous for those 6 months and then went on to run the midfield against us opening day for Morecombe. Derek Adams effect.
Tyriek Wright was only on loan but did alright for both of us to be fair.
George Miller another, strange player.
Difference in finishing the difference between Walsall and Wrexham, finished 4-2.
Wrexham direct, effective, decisive.
Walsall good on the eye, soft in the middle, full of mistakes.
I'm convinced we don't know matches actually last 90 minutes and not 70. We've been shocking in the first 20 minutes for almost every single game this season and then suddenly we wake up and start looking alright. It's just about how clinical the opposition is in those 20 sleepy minutes.
RWB Joe Foulkes who spent the last two seasons on loan at Kidderminster, helped them get promotion last year. In and around the first team now, was excellent against Blackburn in the cup and steady against Stockport yesterday. Still a long way to go for him though.
Also have centre half Harry...
