We played brilliantly first 25 minutes. Oxford gradually grew into the game and we didn't come out 2nd half. Probably a fair result though Oxford couldn't have complained with a draw. Have to say the ref and lino opposite the dugouts were dreadful. For both teams.

Obviously a tougher game than Northampton and Bodin will be a huge loss. I'd stick with the 4-4-2 diamond and put Telford out wide in Bodin's place. High scoring 3-2 with a late Liam Sercombe winner from 30 yards and celebrates in front of the away end.

It would be very Rovers of us to get tonked on the back of an impressive result.

Tom Nichols always puts in a shift and clearly has far more technical ability than James.
