Your right -- The money is simply filtering down the divisions/leagues.

Incredible serious money being spent by Third Division sides. No one can compete with Birmingham City whoom in my opinion have assembled an amazing squad for this level and should really be odds on for promotion. We as a club have spent nigh on 1.5 million and thats just to stay up.
