Simply appalling, looks like it will be home fans only, which actually breaches EFL regulations (COVID aside). The issue is down to the safety of the stadium. So it should be postponed until their ground is up to scratch. Oh and guess who we have next Tuesday in the league cup... Harrogate away...
As it stands only home supporters with a season ticket can attend.
No other tickets for Harrogate fans who only attend a hand full of games say, or away fans. It's truly shambolic at this stage for nothing to have been announced. I know of a few Dale fans who have spent on train tickets/hotels...

To be fair they've only had a year to get their ground up to scratch since promotion :ffs:.
As far as re-arranging goes, there is no clash with Hornets, however I think things like sponsorships etc. would be more difficult to arrange at such short notice. I would love for it to be re-arranged for Spotland, that decision needs to be made today though if it's to happen I would say.
So, just 4 days until kick off, and absolutely no communication with fans from Harrogate on whether we can even attend. No ticket news. Nothing. Utterly shambolic at this stage. Fans will have spent money on travel/hotels in advance.
As things stand I completely agree, replacing Henderson's goals is almost impossible, some massive signings needed for us to stay up, and I can’t see us affording them sadly.

Another great performance despite the result. Sunderland can count themselves very lucky to have walked away with 3 points tonight. We dominated large spells of the game. Very pleased with the football on show from us and the start to the season we’ve made. Two stonewall penalties turned down...
0-0 at Shrewsbury on paper is a good result, however we should have won really. Disallowed goal where I didn’t think Henderson touched it, the replay will confirm it either way. Both teams had some good chances but I think we had the better of it, and for the fourth game running we absolutely...
We started quite slowly I felt but grew into it. Whether that coincided with the Baptiste injury I’m not entirely sure. Any update on his injury? Didn’t look good. Thought both teams looked comfortable on the ball but a little toothless at times, we were missing a couple of key players due to...
