Your back three are shite but with Bostock offering no protection and with wing backs who have no idea how to defend and often don’t want to it’s a recipe for disaster. You might not be changing manager next season but you’ll need to change formation.

I’d be very surprised. When we signed him DC commented about Bristow needing to improve his defending if he wants to play higher than L2. He made the same comments again after Tuesday’s game. With question marks over Touray and Rydel we need someone proven at L1 level.

Louie Barry makes his long awaited return to our squad tonight. Without him missing the last five months through injury I think we could have wrapped everything up a lot earlier. He was our best player by quite some margin when he did his hamstring.

If Crawley make the playoffs I think Scott Lindsay is MOTS. Not only have they overachieved massively but they’ve done it playing the right way. Big mentions to old man Wild and Lee Bell.

It’s weird because initially when their injuries cleared up weren’t they still dog shit for quite a bit? They were my darkhorses at the start of the season. Be interesting how they go next year.
