I never really understand Monday midweek games, not really sure why Haringey Borough play Mondays. Wednesday is the traditional day for those groundsharing - Romford, Grays Athletic last season and I'd certainly prefer that to a Monday. I like proper midweek footy.
Our club skipper, Elliot...
Yes he was (Jan-Feb 2017) where he played 7 games. Scored a great goal vs Dulwich in the Isthmian Cup ..
Looks a bit stockier now and more of a presence in the midfield.
Signed Callum Chafer as replacement 'keeper for Sam Mott. Was part of the Hornchurch youth system and has played a huge part in Bowers & Pitsea's success in the last couple of seasons. Top goalkeeper so very pleased.
Also, Tobi Coker, part of Barnet's youth academy has joined our merry band...
I think we're good enough not to be involved in a relegation fight but we don't have anywhere near the resources to challenge at the top end. We're in the process of tying up our back 5 who were awesome last season. Couple done but we've already lost goalkeeper Sam Mott to Ashford United who...
The whole re-structure is a mess in my opinion. You have the whole of Norfolk and Suffolk playing in the Central at step 3 and the Isthmian at step 4.
Would teams like Dereham / Sudbury / Bury really want to go up knowing the following season they'll be heading off to Birmingham?
The Premier...

I think Lowestoft et al were always going central though it's tough given the banding stretches from the east coast to the Welsh border. Unfortunately some teams will always be on the boundary edges.
Dorking & Leatherhead now seem to be heading South and Stortford back in the Isthmian...
But what happens Paddy if both Walton and Corinthians go up? Ahhh, there's a thought!
With the resignation of Thurrock, apparently the rules state that the losing play-off finalist across step 4 with the best PPG will replace them. So of the 12 finalists, Hartley Wintney has the best PPG...
Yeah, what Lurchin said !
The latest prediction for the structure has Bognor going west and Stortford in the Isthmian. So a toss up between going to a ground full of old and moany people (even older and moanier than me) or being transfixed by the monotonous regularity of FedEx planes coming in...
Let's hope you don't go south as I've never been to King George's Field.
If CC come up via the D1S play-offs then we'll be going there anyway in which case the league won't put both of you in the Southern.
The beauty of the FA Cup is the opportunity it gives to play a variety of different opposition. So, given that we are Bostik North we were drawn against Brentwood Town (Bostik North) in the Preliminary Round, Romford (Bostik North) in the 1st Q/Round and now get to play the winners of Hertford...
I did Paddy though I decided not to post our usual in-game match tweets and instead savour the atmosphere of a virtually empty Bridge Avenue spectating upon players nobody knew.
I jest of course - we had 6 of the first team squad out (2 of them regular starters) but we did give plenty of...
Don't really see the point of this given the Saturday / Monday schedule coming up .. but it'll give me something to do tonight. Kick off now slightly earlier at 7:30pm.
Decent start to the season for us - 3 games, 3 wins, 7 goals, 0 conceded and an FA Cup tie vs Stowmarket Town or Romford...
First psf defeat of the season at the hands of K's last night ...
Guess you always know what to expect when playing Kingstonian .. a number of big units in the side - apart from the keeper bizarrely who I doubt would reach the bar even when he jumped. Mind you, no-one bigger than good old...
SIgned Brad Warner from Bowers last week who was their top scorer last season with 30+ goals. Thought he'd gone to ETU as he was announced on their website but he's joined us instead. With 2 automatic promotion spots available at our level (3 if you count the best 3rd placed team across step...
A change to Isthmian Division 1 North. Issues at London Colney mean they won't be promoted to the ILD1N. Hertford Town who finished runners-up in the Spartan South Midland Premier take their place...
Indeed you will, on Thursday 20th July I believe. I've already added it to our fixtures page in keen anticipation.
Very unusual as it'll only be our 3rd home friendly in the last 3 years - we're more of an away friendly type of outfit. Since it's one of our earlier friendlies we may not have...
and from the Isthmian league ...

The Ryman League is looking forward to playing its part in Non-League’s brand new pyramid after The Football Association announced the results of the biggest shake-up to the structure of the grassroots game in more than a decade.
The Ryman League was chosen on...
