It was the stewards that said we'd have to walk up, they couldn't care less. A contrast to when we went to Wigan, they couldn't do enough for him.

I said he was disabled, I didn't say he couldn't walk. But it took a lot out of him. Presumably lots of other people have walking problems and would have found it hard that day.

By the way, when we played there a couple of seasons ago I went with my disabled friend, we were put in the top tier. But the lift wasn't working so he had to walk up a 100 steps to get up there, which took him about ten minutes. Modern stadium my ar#e.
