We may be crap on the field currently, but today has proven yet again just how lucky we are to have Oliver Ash and Terry Casey as owners. Posted 200k+ profits for the year, making it 5 years running posting profits. A far cry from where we were when they first took over.
We haven't won in 11 league games, our top scorer is now in League 1 (and has already scored), our 2nd top scorer is in League 2, our best player in December is in League 2, our best defender is injured, our best remaining striker is injured, and we keep on playing route 1 football despite...

Hopefully we put out a first choice xi tomorrow, I want a cup run and we're not exactly going to be troubling either end in the league so we may as well target Wembley.
Woking are a team in freefall, this should be a good chance to get back on track at home and put ourselves needing just the 10 points more for another season up here.
Another draw but this one definitely feels like a point gained. Vindicated for not wanting to get rid of Manny Parry a couple of years back too, so all in all a good day.
Happy to see Collins didn't go down there, no place for diving. Should have got the free kick/pen though, ref would have deserved credit if it had been given.
The bleak midwinter is nearly over and we're still well in touch of the playoff places. A good point today, and if we're within 10 points of 7th come February I reckon we could go on a run and make the playoffs
I should be disappointed, but we always have a December slump, and yet we're going into Xmas just 11 points off the top with 2 games in hand and even with an aggregate loss of 10-0 in our last 4 league matches we're still top half. Merry Xmas everyone.
