Barrow (H) D - need to start beating top half teams at some stage but not tomorrow against the giants.
Aldershot (A) W - two teams that like to pass the ball, and hopefully Shots 'play' at home rather than 'park the bus' like most do at The New Lawn. Think this will be a high scoring affair like...
Yeah it sounds fanciful but they have beaten Dagenham, FGR and Dover so far, got one of the best records against the top 10.
Could definitely be this years Dover and make the play-offs.
Working play 3 of top 10 this month - Eastleigh, Barrow and Boreham Wood, so I guess we're hoping he finds some form and nicks some points off promotion rivals at the same time.
Yeah my main concern for FGR is that between the last game of Sept and the second game of Dec, we play every other team currently in the top 9 back to back (except Barrow who we play next week).
Daggers, Macclesfield, Lincoln, Tranmere, Aldershot, Eastleigh, Dover (plus Wrexham away in there...
FGR 1-0 up at half-time.
But should have been 2-0 or at least a penalty.
Frear clearly pulled back when rounding the keeper and his shot went wide as a result.

Bromley probably the biggest side we've played this season (and though not the most physical - that was Sutton - certainly fouled us a lot to stop us playing), so will be interesting to see how Hawkins gets on against their two big centre-halves. The two forwards worked their nuts off hassling...
Thought it a good time to take stock of those players that have impressed after 1/4 way through the season.
While we obviously haven't played all teams yet, have seen the majority either first hand or on BT Sport. Here is the 11 that have impressed me so far.
GK - Davies (Tranmere) - solid, few...
It's a blatant foul. He's not challenging for the ball and deliberately barging players out of the way. You can almost excuse the ref at corners sometimes because there is so much going on, probably 5-6 pairs of players jostling and going in all different directions, so hard to watch everyone at...
Wow, that's the second week running they've done that and got away with it. Surely every opposing manager has to approach the ref before playing them and highlight this?
Same player as well.
Have a look 2m14s in.
Have to almost agree .. think Dover will be up for it given the play-offs last year and also with the early game on BT Sport and long trip to Kent, our normally small away following will be almost non-existent. Eastleigh game should be a belter with two attacking teams.
Chester (A) - W
Dover...
I've read somewhere that in theory they are supposed to show every team at least once each season - no matter how unappealing. So this kills two birds with one stone.
