Think if we're gonna get to the final in this, it'll be similar to when we reached the JPT final the first time.
Important win at home. Then backs to the wall performance away, Tommy Lee having the game of his life, and us getting one in the final minutes.
Of course, now I've pointed this out...
Carroll
Little Flint McFadzean Williams
Kasim Freeman Bennett
Afobe Agard Garner
That'd be my 11, only from what I saw us play against, not taking on board overall stats for the season or anything. Carroll had two blinders against us. Bristol City looked by far the best defence I've seen...
Don't know how to feel really, never experienced the playoffs before. I started being taken properly after we got up through the playoffs to the third division in '01, beating Bury. I've known relegations and title wins.
In one sense, we have fuck all to lose, to that's nice. But on the other...
That's what my mate said, maybe i'm just panicking. We've got 4,500 ST holders, it's our last away game of the season, and it's our most local. 3,000 should go in a flash. Would your home attendance allow for us to have up to 5k? I know it's not an amazingly attractive game to get the punters in.
I'm so gutted about the allocation. Of course priority goes to ST holders, and the only reason I haven't got one is because I didn't know how my job would affect my attendance.
Just counted that, including cups, I've been to 12 away games, and that Bristol will be my 20th home match. So...
I think if we win this, we're over the line.
Let's face it, if we both win Saturday, then. Rochdale have to win all 3, and need us to only get a point tops out of our last 2.. If that happens, dale deserve it.
Think Orient will snatch a draw as MK lose sight of Preston. Colchester will grab a draw, but confidence will be too shot to manage the win. County will get a big win at Crawley, just got a feeling. Cov will get battered. Walsall will beat Crewe.
Also Vale will lose to Preston on Friday, and...
Remember watching the play off game originally, but watched those highlights again.
Y'know what, years ago, I never thought that whilst in the playoffs in the 3rd division, i'd be saying the sentence, 'I hope we do a Yeovil'.
Bristol to win, go up, and do us a favour.
Then Bristol to decide they're not THAT bothered about playing anymore, and roll over at our place to get their bellies tickled.
Then Bristol see Chesterfield in the Championship.
Everybody wins.
(DISCLAIMER - Only Bristol and Chesterfield win).
