Was very unimpressed when he came to Lincoln, came on a few times when we were chasing a goal and he made no effort at all to chase down defenders or lose balls, was awkward on the ball, slow and didn't look like he cared. When he left I was surprised Torquay took him, thought he looked a below...
Obviously we'd like play offs, but as long as we make considerable progress and are near about to the play offs then it'll be better than the last 5 seasons. So most fans would be happy with anything from top 10 upwards.
Boston always seem to recruit well though, losing Southwell will be a big loss but I expect to find someone to replace him. Wouldn't be surprised to see them be near the top again next season.
Hopefully the fixture list should reflect this with smaller teams visiting you first. However with how little thought they put into it normally I doubt it.
Might have to be ticketed for away fans. North Ferriby will be the worst, some of the big teams might take twice as many fans to the game than the home team.
The quality of the stadiums has gone down this season, lost two decent ones in Kiddy and Halifax, and the teams that have come up all have tired and tiny stadiums. Bar Maidstone where it's new and tiny.
Will miss both of the Grimsby games next season, hopefully we'll be following you up next season. Suppose the positive is that a 'proper' team went up rather than a plastic bank rolled team.
