Can't believe that Mansfield fan is gloating. We've been there FFS, I will always remember the Rotherham game. Tranmere are a big enough club and will be back should they go down, might be a few years though. There is still twists and turns to go yet, I still think Cheltenham will go down.

Just counted, it's 68 league games since we got a penalty. Ridiculous record.

We last won a penalty in November 2013... And we missed it!! We are very close to breaking a football league record now, think it's 70+ games.

I actually forgot we had Matty Blair at the club! Maybe he will come good but he did nothing in the games he did play IMO. Brown started good but has been awful for ages. Get rid.

I disagree about Taff, I think he had a good game and dealt with Akinfenwa very well, he certainly won more headers against him than he lost. One moment of madness does not automatically mean a bad game.

60 maybe a bit ambitious but I believe we can beat anybody at home recently after we've beat yourselves, Luton, Stevenage and should've beat Northampton bar a last minute penalty. I think we will pick up another 7 points at least from home games which would take us to 52 points with 5 away...

I think we will be fine now, Adam Murray has turned us into a very good home side recently. A win and a draw to take us to 49 points would see us near enough safe, whereas I think we will finish around 60 points. Don't make me eat humble pie Mansfield!

Why do Mansfield fans on here get wound up sooo easily?

Not gonna happen but as many of these as possible... Notts County Crewe Coventry Leyton Orient (for a London day sesh) Grimsby and Macclesfield. This league has barely any midlands clubs, it's rubbish for Mansfield and we are about to lose Burton!

Probably the best side I've seen this season, they didn't create too much but we were totally and utterly dominated. Many on Stagsnet must not have a clue about football whilst they claim Bury were rubbish... They were so strong, efficient and played good football too! They made us look shite...
