Today we had a player randomly turn up! He was from the Congo, lives in Portugal and only speaks French and Portuguese. He was called David umbala. Was very fast and wasn't that bad of a player, might need an interpreter if we sign him though!

He still scored a lot for us at this level, he scored 11 in the league the season he left and he only played about 1/3 of the season and he also only played 1 season in evo-stik

We've re-signed Josh Hine permanently. Very happy with this, scored for fun in his last spell, scoring the goals that got us promoted to this league. His move to Salford and then an injury has seemed to take his toll on him a bit but he still looks good

Signed for us last season, played about 10 minutes and then went on loan to Workington for about 10 games where he scored a few goals. Can't say much about him really as we didn't see enough of him

Been confirmed that vermiglio is our new manager. Good appointment imo as it will not disrupt the preparation as much because of his knowledge of the squad and also that he will bring positive football to the squad

On Jansen's Twitter, he has said he was 'forced' into resigning. Some reports are saying he asked for a new contract but we didn't want to pay him more as cannot afford it. Others are suggesting it has something to do with our CEO Dave Riche, who has recently been in the shit for fat shaming...

Matt Jansen has stepped down as our manager with immediate effect. I would assume he has been offered a job higher up the pyramid. I'm sad but excited, yes, he has guided us to two playoffs, but the football was so boring. Hopefully whoever takes over (I suspect it will be vermiglio) will bring...

He's not a bad player he just needed to lose a lot of weight. Hopefully a full season playing regular football has helped, no matter how low down that level is.

Louis almond, Courtney meppen Walter and Wes Fletcher Two hardly prolific strikers to add to an already goal lacking team and a fat knacker in midfield, hardly amazing, but we'll wait and see.
