Hope you are right but as pointed out on here, last night we played a team with a poor defensive record. Saturday, we are away again and in the first halves of the last 4 away games, we have made Grimsby, Walsall, Harrogate and Morecambe look like Barcelona.
The problemS are at a higher level than GA though I have to wonder why he starts the season with our best player on the bench and today nullifies him by playing him out of position.
Think that will be the answer. Hope neighbouring clubs will be sympathetic with the "rent". When Carlisle did their tour, do you know if the goldfish went with them?
The injury situation is worrying. Wimbledon looked play off contenders to me. This is 4th tier football and they look well equipped for it. Big, athletic, fit, organised and masters of the dark arts. Their games need strong refs but they know there are non in this division. Never really...
The penalty decision was poor but we can't blame the ref for our missed chances and poor decisions, We have now lost 2 away games and our management decisions need to be questioned in both of them. When a game is passing a player by, you give them 55mins, put your arm around them and say we go...
Not sure about your final statement. We were terrible 1st half in which we had to re arrange due to losing 2 cbs, conceded a penalty due to an extremely poor decision yet should have won the game in the 2nd half. We turned off for their winner which was nevertheless very well executed
Walsall goal had a charmed life in the 2nd half but if you don't take your chances, you don't win. Not for the 1st time, Adomah showed his class against us.
