Hate pre-season usually, but it was good to finally be able to see a game again! Think we've only got home friendlies left, so no chance of seeing any more before the season starts.

With Reece Grant yesterday, I make it 19, including 2 season long loans. We had zero players so was always going to sign a load. With only one recognised striker, I'd expect at least 2 more.

Would have liked a trip to Weymouth next season, but the Darts bottling it makes up for that. Losing a play off final on penalties is a tough one to get over, even worse for us against one of our closest rivals, but Dartford fans absolutely loved it when it happened to us, so I'm delighted...

Rated Goodman at Maidenhead, not sure what he was like at Bromley. Didn't realise he lives in Gravesend either, nice easy commute for him. I like that we're not going about transfers like the last time we were in the South. Reckon there's about 7 more to come with perhaps a couple of loanees...

We've signed Lee Martin. Not quite as experienced as J-Lo or Richard Pacquette but well travelled all the same. Only seen him play a couple of times, but that would havd been a few years ago. Not sure what he's like these days.

Evening all! Still not buying this don't deserve to go down crap, FFW. We were turgid for 90% of the season and had Bury unfortunately not gone pop, we wouldn't even have needed to worry about PPG. We'll be back. Already looking forward to the 6 points from Maidstone next season.

After last night's meeting, I think we'll be alright. Tough game today, but fancy at least a draw. Was going to go, but my mate driving wanted to leave at half 4 and be in Gateshead by 10. Fuck that.

All Club staff mate. They were paid on time in February, I thought things were on the way up, but evidently not!

Glad they've been paid, but you just know the same thing will happen later this month.
