Our record against the better teams away is very good, won at Northampton, Accrington, Bristol Rovers, draws at Oxford, Wycombe and Carlisle. And yet somehow lost at Barnet, Notts County and Leyton Orient (Hendon).
This fixture usually ends up with an away win. If we stay patient I'm sure the chances will come. The Newport squad doesn't look particually strong so hoping we'll have too much for them.
Glad to see a few of you on here feel the same way.
You'd have thought after all we've helped Accrington this season financially (hosted an FA cup game vs them) they'd have been abit more professional. If we got them in the playoffs or playoff final that would be interesting. I heard from...
Actually shocked at the response to this, going against a gentlemans agreement is no different to not following up on a bet or promise. If they can't keep an agreement they shouldn't be agreeing to one in the first place. I hope other clubs now see that John Coleman cannot be trusted.

Orient and Cambridge fans will know what I'm on about but last night Accrington named Rommy Boco on their bench and then subbed him on in the second half in replace of Mingola.
We signed Boco earlier in the season as cover for Ben Davies, he made a few appearances but not enough to get a feel...
Plenty more football to go, we were outside the playoffs the other week and now find ourselves 6 points off the autos and still to play Plymouth at home. Gonna be an interesting couple of months.
It wasn't on purpose, usually one team you predict too highly and one too lowly.
Tried to do it based on home and away forms aswell, and even the lower teams got a rare away win somewhere.
I'd back Northampton and Oxford to do well in L1 already, Plymouth would need a few additions. It's mad how Burton will be in the Championship next season barring a complete meltdown.
We have too many fashionable players and not enough experienced lower league sloggers. Letting Robinson leave may really hurt us come May if Wimbledon finish above us. I'm hoping we can bring in someone on loan who can help make a difference for us.
What area do we need to focus on mostly? I...
