Swindon at home for us, back to almost full strength post covid cases. We'll be looking to get payback following defeat in this fixture last season. I'm sure Joel Grant will be up for it wanting to show Ryan Lowe why he should have offered him a contract. How's he been doing Swindon fans?

Signed George Cooper from Peterborough for an undisclosed fee was class here on loan last season. 3 year deal as well. Must be over a decade since we last gave one of them out! Good statement from the club. Doubt the fee was much with Peterborough needing to get rid.

Palmer superb. Thought he would end up at a low end Championship or top L1 side this season. Know Lowe thinks Cooper is our number 1 this season but if Palmer's available for Lincoln I would be disappointed if we didn't go for him.

Also Josh Grant was ok (usefulness as a versatile player made up for apparent lack of any standout area to his game) and Ryan Hardie was great for us. Strikers who can finish that instinctively are a far rarer breed.

Signed him from Exeter more as a winger but with Adams/Lowe's systems not playing wingers he found himself up top more often than not. Good with the ball at his feet and an eye for goal but not an out and out poacher/run in behind striker. Links up pretty well in a 2 up top and has a decent work...

He and his mrs are good friends of me and my mrs! Wasn't offered a contract extension down here, whilst I think it's fair for him to feel a touch hard done by as he played a part particularly early on in the season, I think it's a fair decision for the club moving up a league. He had a clause...

Apparently Argyle and Crewe have offered Nicky Maynard a contract.

If the Exeter match got put behind closed doors it would cost the club circa 300k including the Sky money. Would be a bit of a ballache.
