I thought it was a pretty poor game tbh. Middlesbrough were absolutely awful, they deserved nothing from the tie and villa just about seen out the tie at 1-0. I’d expect Fulham to comfortably win the final in all honesty.

Fulham looked poor first half, that 3-1 Loss last week has dented their confidence more than I would of thought. They look so slow and cautious on the ball, Derby showing far more intent.

As a Birmingham fan he did an amazing job at blues considering he had a shoe string budget, I will say though that I honestly prefer Garry Monk he’s more attacking and IMO is a more intelligent manager but there’s no doubt Rowett is a good manager.

I was surprised how easily we took Fulham apart, could of seriously been 4 or 5-0 at half time, still I’ve watched them on sky in previous games and they are a very good team. I do believe Derby might win the home tie but I see Fulham coming back strong at home and prevailing.

I think this will be a really tight tie, tough one to call but as a blues fan I obviously hope Boro come out on top :bg:

What a performance from blues today! I was worried having Fulham last game but we battered them 3-1 and honestly could of been far more!! We should of been 4 or 5-0 up by half time! Also well done to Bolton and unlucky Burton they gave it a good go! KRO!!

Very important win for us against Sheffield Utd, brilliant performance too. I think we will still need a point minimum to finish the job but it’s looking good for us now. Really hope Forest can beat Barnsley tomorrow night.
