I think Independent and World Cinema have been where it's at for a long time now tbh. Sure, I love a Hollywood blockbuster as much as the next man but they are getting few and far between now. 3/4 of my film collection is made up of foreign or independent films.

That Robert Enkes book is a really good read. Very sad but very enlightening.

Yeah, I'm not sure why people don't review the books they have voted for. I tried to do it to most of mine. Perhaps because these books are more well known, they feel that a review isn't needed? I don't know.

Gamera 2: Attack of Legion (Redneck Dub) - Shusuke Kaneko That's right....the redneck dub version. Best version ever! Who cares what the film is about - although if you do, it's about a deadly alien that wants to destroy the world. Our only hope is Gamera - it features a fantastic dub! Imagine...

Isn't "Live, Die, Repeat", the tagline? I think this was one of the better sci-fi films that Hollywood has produced in the last few years. It needs more love imo.
