The forum was set up a few months ago for the football league, with the closure of TFF coming sooner than expected everyone came over here quicker than expected as Chris and TB thought they had a couple of months to get things ready. So the next few weeks they are re branding and fixing teething...

Got some good advice from this on TFF so thought it would be good to start it back up again. I've got a bit of a belly on me at the moment, am i best working on getting rid of that first before starting to gain some muscle?
