It's all ifs and buts. No team has really stood out for me or is likely to run away with it. The team at the top going into the last 10 games is therefore seen as a target for everyone in the top 6 or 8 and easily catchable. We'll see next April/May.

At an average of £10 per head that's an extra £20k over budget we are bringing in per home match, with no debts to service.

Wrexham expecting a crowd of 6 to 7,000 for our game v Halifax on Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if we lost - it's what seems to happen when we get a big attendance. Plus we never beat Halifax.

According to our forum we've already sold over 5,000 tickets for our game tomorrow v Welling. With pay on the day fans we will hopefully be looking at a 6,000 plus crowd which I think is good going for the Conference. It's amazing what a few wins and a side playing attractive football can do!

Ah OK that makes sense. We don't have a standing area in use at Wrexham anymore (unfortunately) so I wasn't aware of this rule. There is a seating area behind the goal, only for home fans, that is cheaper than the one the away fans have (it has restricted views because of posts etc.) However...
