Doubt the initial 375k per club will go far in that respect. Won't go far in any respect actually. And any club applying for more it appears will have strict rules and restrictions over what they can do transfer-wise.

that's the thing. So many issues, but still one of the best players ever. The documentary mentioned above is worth viewing. Despite his flaws, he did an enormous amount of good for communities, the poor, and children around the world.
