Wow a very different Cheltenham Town side, couple of changes bringing in Rowe and Dayton, two new signings Holman looking as class a front runner we've had in years and Burgess alongside Parsloe very strong. Really thought we would have to dig deep against Bromley but totally dominated them...

Gary Johnson's done ok up to now with his signings. Strengthened at the right time. Look forward to seeing him and Holman today !!

Don't really share your confidence ! we have a squad with reasonable National league experience but not too sure we would "clearly do well", fact is we wont know until we get there. And we're not yet.

Don't think anyone here is arrogant !! the feeling IS ! IF ! we are good enough to get promoted we have a better chance of staying in League 2. This team is far better than the crap we have endured over the previous two seasons. I think we would still have to bring in better players to improve...

good to see clubs investing in their kids, brought a few bob in for us in recent years. shame we haven't seen them in the first team but to take 100k for a 17 year old with only a couple of appearances on the bench is nothing to turn your nose up at. Hope it all comes good for you.

Yes the word "potential & decade" pops up a lot. Really dependant on the sugar daddy maintaining his enthusiasm. A ground built in the middle of an industrial estate can easily be smacked down, just look at Rushdens, lovely ground pounded into brick dust and twisted girders.

Hope so, really good club and a great ground to visit. Just like to see them stay up.

I think you will find they agreed on Saturday but changed their minds very late this evening. Everything was in place for tomorrows game to go ahead, nothing to do with us.

The FA & The National League have deemed you cannot play two games in two days. Great after giving the OK to do that. Not too bothered to be honest. More time to sign the centre back. :blush::blush:
