Can you tell me which seasons you are referring to with your 2000 crowds you keep quoting? I can only think of less than a handful of seasons where we had sub 3000 crowds.

Hope so. In theory we will have big crowds with lots of local team. Some of those though might disappoint and still bring about 10.

A few teams have signed players that don't have too much first team experience. Risky move potentially if they are expected to be first teamers.

The only reason a player chooses Fleetwood over Bradford would be a shed load of money. I understand Fleetwoods money has dried up a bit.

Coventry fans will take great pride in knowing they paid a lot more than Bradford fans as they watch games in a half empty soulless bowl.

Might have been a few uncovered or restricted seats but I remember the first season in the Premiership and most games were full. I had to get a season ticket in the Kop because I couldn't get in the main stand or midland. I can only think of a few games when we had noticeable lower crowds.

That was pretty much as many as we could sell though. The ground only held 18k then and that was reduced due to redevelopment at times. We had to give a percentage to away fans and a percentage to pay on the day.

I think at the current rate of sales id be very surprised if we didn't beat 15,500. I remember VP rocking to sell outs in 98 and you could tell we could have sold lots more.

With pay day soon I can't see why sales will dramatically decline on the last week.

If sales keep up we should hit 17k. Maybe more.

If it's not a game of importance then surely less will turn up. Using your logic the atmosphere will be even better than the big games?
