It's all about 'on the day'...Barnet easily the 2nd best team over the season. That means f.a. when in the PO's though...as Wxm found out in the PO's too... That's one of the reasons why it took us SO long to get out of that league (it's not a shit league - just SO hard to get out of...)

There's quite a few Clubs that always identify to me as 'lower league'...Exeter and ourselves being some of many. I've followed Wxm for 50yrs, and there are always the perenial lower league clubs - aka yourselves, us, Stockport, etc... We ALL have the ability/resourses to be up a bit...

The one thing I've enjoyed about being in the lower league's is the lack of the hooligan element. As we go up, there's a danger of that creeping back in with the 'bigger city' clubs.... For 15yrs we've been able to have a chat and a pint or two with the away fans..it's been great, we're all...

Met some great Cheltenham fans when Wrexham played Southend in the LDV Final in Cardiff many moons ago. Sad to see them go down (for THOSE fans) tbh, but it's not as far for us to get to away as Burton, so the lesser of two evils as they say....hope they come back soon.

Was just about to post this. I remember when we first went out of the EFL and all the Slops & Jester fans were taking the customary piss out of us. One post said that we'd realise we were in non-league when: 1. You see the standard of refereeing, and... 2. You see the amount of (or lack of...)...

Every team in the league will be raising their game massively when they play us now, and though I agree with ya (I think they'll do one on us), with the defence we've got at the minute, I can't see a tonking though and there'll only be one or two in it...
