I just checked to see if home tickets are on sale in that east stand north corner, they are not, currently we only have up to E3 selling as home tickets meaning blocks E1, E2 should be made available for away end eventually. Bradford brought 4,000 in about March 2023 using those blocks...

That’s very impressive mate, was it exactly 3,000 as your first allocation?. The North stand is normally about 3,300/3400 which is offically the away end, however parts of the east stand can be included in away too which brings the overall number towards 4,000, perhaps around 3700/3800. Home...

Fair enough, I remember you getting about 16,000 for a few home league games some years ago, not always big away followings too!. Donny have sold out now, I’m not sure if that’s the initial 850 or with some more given extra as I know we had tickets in lower and upper tier or is this common for...

How many home fans are you expecting?. 10k + crowd perhaps?. Hoping we bring a 1000+ would be happy with that.

Thanks DearneValleyRover, we was definitely given an allocation of 1,081 and those tickets sold out on the Tuesday, whether 50 people didn’t turn up or we announced our allocation wrong on our official site, I'm not sure. One thing for certain is it was sold out. Let’s see if Bradford get 1,058...

Seems a strange one Ainsty for sure, I suppose it’s hard to get a total accurate number sometimes and it’s only a discrepancy of 55 or so, but it’s interesting. I have read in a few places the away crowd was 1,081, but i agree it’s most reliable to use the official Harrogate one given there...

I don’t understand why our allocation of 1080 tickets were sold out in this case, shown as sold out on our official site from Tuesday. I suppose Harrogate must go from turnstile clicks and not tickets sold and a few didn’t turn up or Donny was never allocated the said 1080 in the first place.

They definitely missed a 0 there, like at Donny last week they had 6423 rather than 7423, I suppose it happens but no way I’m trusting BBC again for attendances haha!.

If the 2013 (12/13 ) season away following for Bradford was higher than now that’s impressive as home attendance was nearer 10k that season so has grown a lot since then. Oh that’s interesting, it would be less complicated if all clubs just went with ‘bums on seats’ or tickets sold as a set...

Any talk of a capacity increase for your ground in general?. Surely you have potential to surpass your current capacity especially if you have some league success as your followings seem pretty good even when finishing 20th etc, without looking it up is it around 9,000 capacity?.

Just noticed wrexham last season was above 1500 but I would be surprised if there has been many others. Either way I think that is a great following, especially considering the level we are at.

Yes, I would say the potential of 1500/1800 as an away following average at league two level is outstanding, maybe not for Bradford city but can you think of a club which has matched that at this level in recent times?.

That’s interesting, i wonder how big your away followings will be at Donny, Notts County, Bradford and Grimsby etc though as it’s your first time back in the football league after a few years. I think at Donny there is still near 4k available in the away end, Bradford and Grimsby have had 4k in...

It’s unbelievable numbers at this level, it really is for me a championship size club. Has season tickets dropped after last years record numbers or did the strong finish help keep the numbers high?. I know a few fans were rightfully getting fed up around march time but you finished strong.

I didn’t realise Port vale had averaged an over 1,000 away following in there first season in league one, I think they got near 800 average in the promotion season a few years back, if I’m not mistaken. So yeah Port Vale are in with a great chance of topping 1,000, especially if it’s a promotion...

Thanks Alfie!. Any early predictions guys for the biggest away following average this season?. After the top 3 away attendance teams last season all were promoted I guess that currently leaves Notts County, Grimsby and Bradford as early favourites, albeit I’m not too familiar with the away...

Donny’s home attendance was 7423 according to official sources, not sure why bbc gave it as 6423 but it looked full compared to recent seasons. Some good attendances this weekend!⚽️

Are you going DearneValleyRover? Thanks Joethegill should be a big crowd then as I’ve heard tickets are selling well in the home end too?. Is the upper tier no longer being used in the away end or something.. i read a while back Wrexham brought near 2,000 like 1650 or something earlier on this...

Does anybody know how many Donny have sold for saturday at gills as I keep hearing different numbers?. It’s been suggested 1499 has been sold as our official site announced the other day that 634 had been made available ( now sold ) after selling the intial allocation of 865 but that sounds...
