Ladabie is just the sort of midfielder i'd like to see us go for. Seems to have sorted himself out at Newport. Watched them against Leeds the other week & he was the best player on the pitch.

Oh yeah, Rose was excellent last night, but for me you could just tell on about 10 minutes after half time that Rose couldn't do that all game, needed a bit of help.

Exactly that. Played really well for 60 minutes but completely ran out of steam. Think Evans should have brought Spencer on to hold the ball up (played well when he came on in the away game) just after half time. Would've given us a bit more of a foot hold in the game.

That's fantastic news for Notts. IMO, pretty much guarentees them a play-off spot at the very least. Having a player that can score something out of nothing like Grant is so important at our level with games usually being quite tight. Something that we're missing to be honest.

That's a decent signing that. Saw him a couple of times for Barrow, and had a good game against us in August for Rochdale in the League Cup.

Maybe Evans got the vibe Frecklington wanted to go to Lincoln? No point signing a players who's heart isn't in it.

As much as Frecklington would be a fantastic signing (if he's fit), i wouldn't be too bothered if he signed for us just for money. Pretty obvious he wants to sign for Lincoln.

Loved Gary Roberts when he was with us, was a cut above anything else in this division (granted, 4/5 years ago).

He was decent enough for us last season, and would've been happy with us signing him in the summer. He's a good shot stopper, and decent on crosses but has the odd lapse in concentration which leads to mistakes. Good signing for League 2 overall.
