Maldon look a very decent side. The right back and Ngamvolou in the middle both look very good players. As does Slew. Bad injury for Howkins. Looked like he was having a seizure of some sort. Hope he’s alright.

I don’t think an event of this magnitude would have been announced without the necessary box ticking from the council (who proper don’t like Vale). Personally, I like Robbie perhaps not his music massively but he himself is a decent bloke.

Montano hasn’t tracked his runner again. Good going forward but needs hours and hours of defensive coaching. Amoo has been largely anonymous which is becoming a common theme. Not a bad game and could go either way second half.

Thought we were marginally the better side. Not so much the second half up but that’s another great result for us. We are starting to look solid defensively with smith and Legge throwing themselves at everything and winning every header.

Good first half. I’d say we were slightly the better side but the problem we have got is that Bennett is dropping too deep, we are putting loads of good crosses in the box but there’s nobody there to get on the end of them.

Stoke fans seem to believe Alex Neil is going to be their new manager. Apparently talksport have said it’s a done deal.

Down to the bare bones, again. Sounds like Manny and Amoo won’t be playing.. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Burgess get a game after he had a good game against Macclesfield in the cup. Hopefully we can grind out a result.
