I think he's probably got a limited shelf-life at any club. His first season with West Ham was brilliant but there's probably only so long you can be a blood and guts motivator without it losing its impact, and some of his signings were complete dogshit.
I still think Bilic would be a better England manager than Southgate but it's hard to argue with this decision, West Ham are rubbish.
