Yeah but they have played for England...and done well. They are also better players than Drinkwater. You're saying we should take a bloke who has literally not even stepped on the pitch yet over by far England's best player in qualifying who has never hit the problem hitting the ground running...
Possibly England's most talented player who has been man of the match* in a lot of his most recent England performances vs a bloke who hasn't even played a game for England yet.
*6 times in his last 7 England games. First name on the teamsheet to be honest.
Good performance, but there will be a lot more to come from Germany in a competitive match.
I think the team we played today is pretty close to what we should go with in the Euros. I wouldn't play Rooney, we play better without him. Wilshere has to be in the team, probably for Henderson. We...
Good performance, the quartet of Gabriel/Koscielny/Coq/Elneny were very solid which is what we've been lacking the past few weeks. Helped that we actually took our chances. Sanchez looks better on the right, far less predictable. Should have had a pen. Iwobi is decent, and Welbeck has looked...
4 wins in 14 at a critical stage in the season. Players come and go, the common factor in the last 10 years of royally fucking up for a month or two every season is Wenger. Now for a lot of that time he was not given the same backing as many of his rivals, but I think this season has exposed him...
Once again the players should hang their heads in shame. Dreadful finishing, dreadful defending, got what they deserved. You don't get to start playing in the 85th minute. This team just doesn't have the discipline required to be a top team.
My heart rate is only now returning to normal. Being an Englishman in Cardiff, I don't think I could handle another 10 minute demolition job against that lot.
The extreme positive for England is that we're 4/4 with so much to improve on, I think we're definitely moving in the right direction...

Spanish zombie found footage horror. I saw the US remake (Quarantined) years ago so some of the scares weren't quite as surprising to me, but bottom line is that this is a legitimately scary, claustrophobic horror movie that retains an authentic 'it actually happened' feel. 8.5/10
Having gone down to 10 and 2-1 down, a draw is a great result. Could have been a win though, we were in control defensively at 1-0 up and Coquelin was stupid to get a red. I thought Wenger got it spot on today.
