A few categories to see what people have thought of opposition teams and players, no voting for your own players or clubs.
I’ll put my choices below and people can copy and edit as they please.
Best opposition player: Tough one between Reece Brown and Danny Mayor for me, but the bucket shaker...
With the entire of Bury attending this match, there should be a slightly higher attendance than usual. Though it’ll probably end up a damp affair.
David Perkins back from injury who we desperately missed in the last two games whilst Mark Ellis being out for the rest of the season means either...
On April 11 2017 this fixture took place under very similar circumstances, we were level points with Lincoln and had won 8/9 games including the previous game being a 9-0 win.
In the game we had 25 shots more than FGR, we lost 1-0 and lost 2 players to season ending injuries. A lot of the squad...

Those dates and times are a disgrace. 5 days after the regular season end and midweek?
Decided...
Little bit of a free hit for us this one. Not even the most optimistic Tranmere fans expected us to be near the automatic spots.
For the playoffs we possibly only need one more win, whilst if that came against FGR on good Friday might be enough for top 5 on its own.
We didn’t play terribly at...
European tour for Tranmere tomorrow and my first visit down to Newport.
Imperative we bounce back quickly for a while host of reasons but it’ll be tricky, Newport with a decent home record and a terrible pitch which will obviously suit them more.
Ishmael Miller is potentially available for...
Bit of a shame Oldham aren’t slightly higher up the table to add a bit more zest to this fixture. I still expect that they’ll come out at a high tempo in the first 20 minutes and look to frustrate us.
Against Colchester and Carlisle we had that early barrage and saw it off with our own goal...
Another massive game as they’re mostly going to be in the next 6 weeks or so.
Carlisle have sold 600 tickets in advance out of around 5,700 so far so it’ll be a healthy gate of 7,500 upwards and undoubtedly a great atmosphere in the Spring Sun.
Rovers will move 9 points clear of Carlisle with...
Probably the hardest match for any Wirral based Tranmere fan to attend with either a 5 hour drive or train trip and with the train no direct public transport to the ground. Would imagine that will put a dampener on our away following and limit it to 3-400.
The game is probably more important to...
It’s a little bit of a shame this game doesn’t carry the same gravitas it maybe did 10-12 years ago, but it’s still a mightily important one for us.
The departure of Scholes could work for or against us, with Oldham not having a lot to play for they may just fold, or could come out blazing...
It always rains when we play Grimsby midweek. The climate must follow them around.
There’ll be a little extra in this one from our players end, having the injustice of the game changing hand ball goal and subsequent 5-2 scoreline no doubt leaving a sour taste.
Defensively we are the best home...
Must win game for us.
We’ve been very erratic of late and gifting an awful lot of goals away. That said if players can build on the performance they put in versus Stevenage we I’ll have a good chance here.
Our away form this season as a whole is still dire, but we essentially have a new team...
Bit of a discussion going on Tranmere forum about educating negative fans on the impact they can have, but also the home atmosphere in general.
From what I’ve witnessed so far this season, we have the noisiest home support by some distance. But yet to visit Lincoln who did have a good...
Potential for another interesting New Year’s Day game;
We are terrible away from home.
We have a terrible record on New Year’s Day
Macclesfield resurgent in the last 7 games.
Ollie Banks might be back from injury which would completely change the look of our team with much needed creativity...
The divisions joint best home record vs the most out of form team in the division..
We’ll be announcing some signings after this game and with Ollie Banks possibly back in time to play Macclesfield, a win here would really set us up nicely.
Hopefully we ditch the 3-4-3 in favour of a 4-4-2 or...
I’m sure this is a debate that’s been had before, however; why is the playoff final at Wembley?
The biggest possible fixture this division can currently accommodate is Tranmere vs Orient/Wrexham which would be 35-40k. Down to a realistic smallest of Dover vs Boreham Wood of below 10k.
Surely...
Some interesting and crucial matches across the league tomorrow, the new playoff format keeps even midtable sides interested to the end.
Aldershot vs Gateshead
Gateshead played well for 50 minutes at Prenton Park but a very heavy fixture schedule will probably take its toll here.
Bromley v...
Seeing as a bitter Dover fan obviously hacked the website and deleted the original thread I thought I'd remake it.

Havent seen any threads on this, apologies if I missed it!
After a solid back half to last season and good pre season work out I expect us to hit the ground running, if not at a lethal pace.
Results predictions;
Bromley 0 - 2 Tranmere
Tranmere 2 - 1 Barrow
Tranmere 1 - 0 Eastleigh
B Wood 0 -...
I feel it unfair that Tranmere fans are the only ones who get to celebrate this momentous day, so here's a 20 minute video courtesy of the Tranmere website for you all to enjoy.
