Crap, only silver lining is that basically no one else we're competing with won (we won't catch Bradford). This run of difficult games coming up will define our season.

Right decision on that disallowed goal for anyone in the ground, no idea what took so long though.

    2024/25 League Two Promotion Thread

As long as we stay in touch after we play Wimbledon, Grimsby, Chesterfield and Crewe over a 2 week span I think we've got a great chance. I suspect that might be a lot to ask though with the form everyone else is in

    League 2 General Chat Thread

Maguire is a great source of info generally but he reported the £14m two years ago so I don't really know which one is the actual debt. Either way, it's less of a loss than any of the seasons in the NL as far as I can tell (barring the COVID season anyway) so that's a positive and the plan to...

    League 2 General Chat Thread

Well, the number is going down (think it was £2.4m last year in the NL) and this doesn't include £1.2m or so in transfers received since June. Not clear how much of that was spent on Bass and Traore. Not ideal obviously but there aren't many teams breaking even these days.

It would be a bit weird but if Whitaker and Traore are on minute limits it'd be better to stagger them. Probably it'll never happen as if one of them starts well but then goes off after half an hour, the fans would go mad. Brown went back to Bristol Rovers in January, he wasn't really getting...

    2025-26 League Two Thread

Was listening to the radio walking home and Clough sounds like a man defeated, but I think they've got enough points already. Some if the teams down the bottom have picked up but are still a fair way off

    Tuesday 18th & Saturday 22nd February

Yeah not great, can't play your best in every game but it's too common at home. Injuries are piling up a bit but I don't think any of the regular starters played all that well, apart from Palmer and Abbott possibly. Colchester were decent, I can see why they've been on a good run and we didn't...

Same lad who left the ball for the goal on Thursday. Looks alright on the ball but less so when he's defending, we don't really have anyone else to play there tonight. The winger looks sharp to be fair

Not sure he's out of the woods yet, fairly sure they can be reviewed a while after the game. We've looked a bit nervy and Colchester have pressed us well. Not exactly sure what the answer is looking at the bench.

    Tue 11th & Thu 13th February

Nah I don't think he had a chance on the rebound really, maybe should score with the first one though. Not sure I'm on board with the idea Notts players were poor tonight. Didn't score first half and were marginally second best in the second half but away at a good team, without two of our...

Genuinely awful. We've not been good second half though, didn't take our chances so can't complain if we lose 1-0

If we go behind early it'll be curtains. At least there's a chance to see Traore for 20 minutes

    w / e Saturday 8th February

I wasn't there today, but it sounded on the radio like we laboured a bit to win without McGoldrick and Jones off after 20 mins. Both (and Tsaroulla) have had/are having scans so fingers crossed nothing too bad. Not sure you can read too much into our current form, we're generally playing the...
