Got to be Bradford for me. Millwall's one of our best local derbies, plus if they go up they'll come straight back down again, because they're not very good
The thing is PuB, it's a crappy part of London where they all live in high rise council flats (if they're lucky), and have never seen beautiful Kent where Gillingham is!
COME ON BUNSLEY!!! The SE London knuckle draggers were poor against us, plus we want our local derby at the Den as this season, where we slaughtered them 3-0. Especially with Charlton in the division as well!!
It's a shame we've been poor recently, a lot of us are thinking we've blown it. Having not been out of the top four since last August, we've now dropped out of the play off places for the first time.
Had we won our last three home games instead of losing them, we could have sold 5,000 tickets...
Great near 2,000 turn out and noise by the Gills support. Found it a bit surprising that Southend never had much in the way of vocal support, although those lads over on the side had a bit of a go, but there weren't that many of em unfortunately, perhaps 50 - 100. Made it so much like a home...
Posh are one of the quietest supports in the league, home or away.
Col U today had a poor following of 300ish today, against the 1200 we took to theirs, but at least about 25 of them kept singing!
It's started already, good hearted banter with the Swine....fair play Indian, but we've got to get past the knuckle dusters and bricks coming our way in Sarf London first!!
I think they're taking advantage of an expected big away following by charging £26 a ticket, which may well affect the Gills following. I'll settle for a draw, although with Loft out of the team, we could sneak a win!!
I thought we were supposed to be playing Coventry this afternoon, not a premier league team!
Couldn't make it today so listened to Radio Kent. Some bloke who's a Newcastle player scores a hat-trick, they took him off to be replaced by another bloke from Newcastle. I heard mention of a players...
I don't think any of Coventry's midfield would get in our team at the moment, and remember Bradley Dack's value is a lot more than any of the entire Cov team, and John Egan of course is obviously the best centre back in the division by a country mile.
Is Armstrong the bloke who used to play...
He'll obviously end up in the premier league, and his market value is around 5 million pounds, so certainly worth more than any Cov player at the moment for sure!!
I will seriously be disappointed if we don't get at least a draw out of this. We're virtually back to full strength apart from Cody who is probably only 80% so I don't think he'll start. With the mighty Gills in town, all the Cov plastics will be crawling out of the woodwork to see us as they...
The referee was so one sided towards Scunny, giving us nothing the whole game, that when the winning goal went in, I just couldn't believe he didn't find some excuse to rule it out. He didn't look very happy as he'd obviously had a bet on Scunny and lost it.
Didn't think 310 was disappointing, it's around a 7 or 8 hours round trip. I'd love to have gone, but like a lot of other fans it's just too expensive. With two home games coming up this week, had I'd gone, it would have been over £100 to follow my team this week...just can't afford it.
Pretty decent support from us today I thought, nearly 400 for a 200 mile trip. mind you, 200 mile trip is virtually a local derby for us in this division!!
