Got to be honest, I didn't rate him. He's only a kid though, and maybe you're right about it being difficult for him on his first move. I imagine he must have something about him to be at Arsenal.
A bit like wanting to stop shops from putting chocolate bars by the till to stop people getting fat!
Take responsibility for your own actions.
Why on earth should a club like Sunderland be forced to have the same budget as Rochdale? Like you say linked to some easily monitored and transparent...
Played for us under the master of shithousery. Not a bad way to learn the underdog ropes. Far better player than the Beck ways, but he's proving a very good student of them.
Good luck to him and Wycombe. I just hope the beast gets a chance to batter a few pretty boys next season, and they can...
All 3 goals were keeper fuck-ups. But, yes Oxford also got Wycombed. Even at 1 each Allsop was using up about 30 seconds per goal kick.
Fair play to Sir Gareth it's effective.
Not me Luke, I don't even read the "away attendance" thread on Vitals. I, kind of, get the feeling it's "look how many we take away", "my dad's bigger than yours" bollocks. But, I may be wrong!
Dear old, Keith Alexander used to say something like "We'll play our football in the final third where it counts, and I'll make no apologies for that".
This last season, I've seen plenty more goals conceded than made by fucking about with the ball in our own box.
No doubt, the enigmatic genius is too good for us. On the other hand, I don't think the local police would want him in Lincoln, the 6000 season ticket holders certainly wouldn't. A degenerate thug is not what a well run community conscious club would look for in a manager.
Organised and aggressive football beats tippy tappy.
I'd guess Northampton were less popular than we were last season. Really direct, but bloody effective tonight. The Moxey fella at Exeter wants fucking for that red mist.
If only words could win promotion. As far as I'm aware, winning games and Excel spreadsheet are the only recognised methods!
Look forward to seeing him and Tubbs at Lincoln next season. Maybe the Vengeance tour will enable them to beat us next time around :D
I would say that Shacks has dropped quite a few more bollocks than Eardley this season. Personally, before this lot, I was thinking Eardley would maybe have been second fiddle (reduced terms) to Lewis next season.
