HUGE FM fan here. Normally work with Middlesbrough, but tend to also do an extra long save and take the worst team in the playable leagues (Someone like Eastleigh etc) and turn them around over a few seasons. Typically I tend not to do back to back promotion, but spend 2 seasons in each league...

It's all about a philosophy... Look at us under Mowbray, he turned WBA around and made it so that they can actually fight to stay in the EPL, but couldn't do a job for Middlesbrough, yet Karanka has turned the squad around, convinced the chairman he knows what he is doing, I think the same...

I don't know what forum board you use for the background on this, as I haven't been on the scene for a couple of years, but normally they are heavily buried somewhere. Have you looked to see if other people using the same message board have the same issue? And how did they solve it?

I work way too much! So not managed as of yet this year to get away. Will be saving up for a blow out summer next year though I reckon... Work 80 hours a week and Uni is starting too, so will be difficult, but surely will manage hehe...
