There's no fixed requirement. It's just one of those things where experience can count and make a p[ositive different. But there are some very talented mangers who weren't playing pro. It all depends on the personality, temperament, and effort. Like anything else really.

I agree it's all going to come down to bringing in more revenues. expanding into new territories could bring in a lot of new fans, regardless of how well the matches are played.
