Just the three games tonight:

  • Solihull Moors v Chesterfield
  • Stockport County v Eastleigh
  • Weymouth v Yeovil Town

A massive game for us - at least it would be if fans were allowed in. Weymouth V Yeovil is historically a big local derby with Police escorts for the away fans and the occasional rumble. No love lost on either side whatsoever. Hopefully our recent good form will continue and we'll be able to pick up another 3 points to put us in a safer position for when they end the season and work the league out on PPG.

Our game vs Solihull feels like a 2nd leg cup tie having only played eachother 3 days ago...

We’re obviously coming into the game bang in form having kept 5 clean sheets on the bounce and won 5 out of JR’s 6 games in charge, so we’ve got to be confident about going there and getting a result but under no illusions of how tough a fixture it is.

Annoyingly, we will be without George Carline who’s been brilliant since joining as he got sent off Saturday, but fully expect Jordan Cropper to just slide straight into that wing back position as replacement. Cropper was arguably our best player before JR came in but hasn’t featured as much since Carline joined so big opportunity for him.

Predicted line up (3-5-2):

Kyle Letheren (GK)

Jordan Cropper
Will Evans
Hayden Hollis
Laurence Maguire
Joel Taylor

Curtis Weston
Tom Whelan
Jak Mccourt

Akwasi Asante
Tom Denton

Praying the Rowe dream continues tonight at Solihull. Different conditions tonight to Saturday but we beat them in every battle that day and outplayed them with the ball on the floor. I'd like to think we could go and get another win tonight but I'd settle for a point on the road.

Reiben Reid signs for us a few hours ago and goes straight into the starting line-up tonight.

Solihull piling the pressure on here, but against the run of play asante has just almost scored the best goal I’ve ever seen!! He took 5 players on before slamming it against the post, Can’t believe that didn’t go in..

Fair play to the Weymouth commentator. He's been completely unbiased which must be incredibly difficult for him.

Heartbreak at the end, solihull take the lead after our keeper throws it into his own net!!

shocking goalkeeping, we’ve been very poor second half to be honest

MrGloverLover - I see Neufville has scored a couple for you of late. How is he getting on for you generally and where is he playing? He’s been kind of everywhere from striker to right back when he’s had a look in here.

He's been rubbish, you should let us have him for nothing on a permanent ;)

Seriously though he's been great, he's been played in a kind of winger role but cutting inside a lot and generally causing problems everywhere. His goals have been superb but so has his all-round play. Our Chairman has indicated we may have him for the rest of the season which is fantastic news.

I hope Osho is ok, he was doing well and it was a shame he picked up an injury.
