This would be a great idea, I think everyone should have an MOT every 12 months.Thus early symptoms spotted and cured etc..i reckon I would save us a right pile of money , a few tests once a year cant cost more than treatment further down the line.
You pay for it yourself and those who cant afford it get a discount etc.
Can be carried out privately as to not clogg up doctors and hospitals.
