Summer is upon us and there is no football worth watching coming up. NBA finals, FA cup and Champions League will be finished soon. What else are you going to do? unless you like bat and ball games or tennis you're fucked and countdown lists are the in thing right now it seems.

80's list was quite a success and enjoyable. If I can get as many lists for this as I did for that then it's on.

The perfect place for all the films I thought were in the 80's for the last one.

Nice job Craig, will get a list to you in the next week or so.

I actually wanted to see a 90's one, but this will do.

Do you want a Top 10 list? Or Top 20?

If you've not seen Halloween, mate, then I just...don't know what to believe anymore.

you've never watched Star Wars?

or The Godfather, Jaws, Rocky, Apocalypse Now, Towering Inferno and numerous others you have probably watched but didn't know they were made in the 70's

Hm... had a look earlier trying to get ideas for this and realised that I've not really seen that many 70's movies and of the ones I have seen, a lot of them are the likes of Apocalypse Now where I didn't really think that they were all that great. There are like an obvious 10 or so, but after that it gets difficult.

Alien. The first one, 1979. SciFi at its best. Not the generic shoot-em-up shit of the sequels.

Alien was one of the few films that instantly sprang onto my list.

Also, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

70's is a treasure trove of film guys. No rush with the lists, be a couple of weeks before deadline.

Wouldn't be surprised to see this list being around 50% horror if certain people vote. Just jotting down initial choices on my phone; of the first 10, 8 are horror. I was in an incredibly lazy place when you ran the last one Craig, which sucks because some of my favourite 80s films missed out or weren't included at all. Will make an effort this time round. Do you want us to write a few lines about each film, too?

Not be setting one yet so plenty of time to get your selections in.

A few lines would be good, will include any in the countdown.
