Pitch and conditions not as bad as I thought it would be.

Luton are ahead 1-0 with a tidy finish from Jack Stacey but Bradford certainly competitive in that first half having 7 corners but only 1 attempt on goal. Again, we’ve taken our foot off the gas a tad.

Perfect set of results as it stands.

We have absolutely battered Sunderland so far. They’ll win with a stoppage time own goal.

What a weird game that was. Behind in the opening minutes and then scored from a cross. Even game until we then scored a 2, then a 3rd and then a fourth in pretty quick succession.

We've managed to somehow do it again, concede our opponents only shot on target. Our keeper hasn't made a save in three games.

Huge victory. 9 points clear of Sunlan with 10 games for them remaining.

Get in there. Sunderland ten points behind effective, ten games left.

Fantastic week, four points from two away games and planning permission granted. Absolutely buzzing.

(Still wish Mick Harford would stop bringing Dan Potts on as sub though)

We weren't great skill wise but battled and battled. Cant argue the Bradford fans who will say they deserved a point although we looked more dangerous. They can still survive on that performance but need some luck and a little more composure.

How did McCormack look going off? That's potentially a huge blow, he's been absolutely immense since he's come back in to the team and we don't really have a like for like in terms of experience and combativeness (I know the lesser spotted George Thorne is a DM but he's more of a playmaker than a ball winner from what I have seen).

Feels a massive 3 points that with the draw in the Barnsley Sunderland game. All about toughing it out tonight in some tricky conditions and we managed to get our noses in front and hold them at bay. We actually played some half decent stuff in patches, particularly first half resulting in the goal. Whoever was playing left back for Bradford was just leaving Stacey in acres of space and got punished eventually for it.

Second half became a bit of a battle but toughed it out and still had the best chance of the whole half where Hylton should have buried a free header. Felt tense at the end but in reality Bradford never actually created anything. Some proper shithouse time wasting at the end as well from us but as it was us doing it ill allow it ha!

From the stream it looked like a hamstring he was holding. Thought Pelly played really well at the DM spot afterward though.

We’ve some how managed to find ourselves 3 points of the play-offs despite the fact we’ve hardly played well all season. Us stumbling go back to back promotions would be very funny.

They did ok and had a lot of play, but don’t think they overly threatened Shea’s goal. We had vastly more the number of shots on goal.

Strange league this year.

You’ve got the top 5 that are head and shoulders above the rest, followed by about 6 also-rans all vying for that final play-off place. Then you have 13 teams in a relegation battle.

That would be a mistake, I can guarantee everyone would vote to kick you out of the league then

Top half of the table for the first time this season. Poor game last night which Shrewsbury arguable deserved a point in. Somehow still only 5 points from safety but there are 8 teams between us and the final relegation spot. Mental season

I see our game at Accrington on Good Friday has been moved to the Saturday evening for Sky purposes, our game at home Wimbledon hasn't been moved from Easter Monday though which is a bit of a joke IMO. Only 1 day rest and an evening journey from the North East to prepare for a game where opponents have had 2 days. Bit of a joke.

I was really impressed with Luton last night. That's exactly the type of result/performance that get's you promoted. First half very much in the ascendancy with the conditions in their favour and should really have been a couple in front.
Second half we had the wind in our favour and were the better team but only created half chances and a couple of long shot's that were close'ish. We could have had a penalty when one of our players was dragged to the ground as a corner was cleared but we've been bummed by officials all season so that was never going to be given!
Going 24 unbeaten for a promoted team really is an incredible achievement.
As their fans have had to put up with the massive points deduction previously and going out of the league i for one think it's fantastic they are going to be playing in The Championship next season.
I think you can enjoy your days in the sun more if you've been through the tough times & that's definitely the case for Luton, good luck to them!

As for us, it will be great going to Morecambe & Stevenage again..........!!
Unless Gary Bowyer produces a miracle akin to us reaching the League Cup final from a few years ago!

I'm really hoping that they are going to end up moving that Wimbledon game. As you say it would be absurd to play such an important game on about 43 hours rest (with a long coach journey getting in after midnight mixed in).

Absolutely has to be moved to Tuesday evening.

See the Accrington chairman tweeted to say that the EFL e-mailed them asking whether they would agree for the Luton game to be moved to 17.30 from 12.30 to which he replied 'no'.

He then later received another e-mail from them saying the game had been moved anyway.

I believe Wimbledon have to agree? But that completely fucks up a bank holiday of football which pisses me off immensely.

Accrington also seem to be pissing around in terms of ticket allocation, with many already booking train tickets and hotels, will be a bit of a double whammy.

Because of the reaction on social media over their unfounded allegations earlier in the season they’re wanting to restrict the number of tickets we get, on a day we could seal promotion / the championship. I see their chairman has responded to a tweet about “damage to new facilities”. This is all very pathetic and pretty insulting in all honesty.
