On to the match, Accrington seem to be our bogey team so I am not very confident maybe a 1-1 draw.

It would be very Mansfield Town to go here and lose after Friday's performance, Got to forget about that and go and fight for 3 points here. I would take a point even with Accrington being winless so far, as SFL says we never win at Accrington.

I didn't know our form against Mansfield was that good til I looked it up just now.
Ive only seen our cup game v Hull so far this season. People that went to Morecambe last sat tell me we were quite mediocre so hopefully Coleman has them fired up for this game.
Are any of you on here coming over? That was a fantastic following at Notts County - more than our home crowds!

I'll be there, Can't see many travelling. Hopefully 200 but I think 150. After 2 expensive away days and York at the end of the month don't think many of us have enough holidays left to use!

Accrington was always good when its at the end of the season, but in a month when we've been away to Sheff wed, notts co and then york on boxing day this is certainly te least appealing, which is a shame.

Id be happy with a point

Silly as it sounds, this is our hardest game of the season so far. Good performance & result when not expected at County. Now we have to build on that & get a positive result here.

Fucking accrington - what is it about this pocky little club we can't seem to beat.

Obviously was going to be the case we lost.

Adam said there would be no "after the Lord mayors show" but after the lights and brilliance of notts county away, it was always going to be a loss at crappy accrington infront of 7 people.

Sounded a fair result, and fair play to them, but not an acceptable showing.

As said on stagsnet though Stagsfans - would you have taken 4 points from the opening 3 games? I would have done.

To be honest no, I'd be expecting 5. Piss poor really all as we all saw what they can do on Friday fuck sake Murray everyone knows Beardsley on his own isn't going to do anything so why not put Yussuf in.

Accrington really are our bogey side, we can't beat them at all.

Unfortunately, our first 3 games will pretty much be our season I think.

We played some decent stuff tonight much better than last year. Just didnt hit top gear which with a side like ours we need to do every week to see the results.

As for accrington, Less than a thousand home fans and floodlights that hardly lit the pitch is absolutely disgraceful to the football league, They need to drop and stay there.
