Oh dear! Good luck with that one. Gray received a lot of criticism on our forums as he was the one constant in the demise of our club and playing style. He kind of just shouts needless things on the touchline such as 'PASS' but never anything tactical or constructive.

Shows how much you know then. During the debacle at the end of both Holdsworths and Scotts reigns, he was the only one holding things together. Good coach and the players respected him and wanted to work with him. Our decent finish last year was more down to Gray than Chris Barker. He'll do well under a good manager.

Dermot Drummy was in for our job last year when Smith was appointed, would have been a good choice too, very highly thought of at Chelsea when he left, will be interesting to see what we could have had.
