Fully agree with Leeds and Cellino on this, she's a piss taker and got mardies on when her useless c*** of a boyfriend got sack.

Didn't want to work Wednesdays and told em she was going Canada only days before, I wouldn't get away with that, neither would millions of others why should she?

Probably more than meets the eye though. Odds are Cellino fucked her over and the more he gets screwed in the courts the better. It's hard to take the club's side when member after member of staff have been treated like shite. Whether this is one of those cases or not, they definitely have the edge over cases where the club was in the right.

I don't know anything about this case other than what I just read in that news story, but it doesn't reflect well on Leeds. I'm glad I don't work for Cellino (or SERNWA).

Fuck me, I'm going to walk into work tommorow, say I'm not working Wednesday's and I'm going off on holiday in two days time for 2 month. When i get sack I'll use her case to get a payout.

Ridiculous.

Hope her and her waste of space boyfriend enjoy their pittance of a payout cos neither of em will be getting jobs anytime soon with their employment records.

We're talking about a man who sacked a bloke for going on holiday immediately after his contract started (all agreed) as it was a crucial time for our recruitment...and then failed to appoint anyone until well later than his return date.

The only problem with this wonderful plan is that the tribunal concluded that her working pattern and holiday entitlement weren't the reasons for her dismissal.

You're right, what I need to do first is find an incompetent worker who's useless at their job, start shagging em and wait till they get sack and then put my plan into action.
