Arctic Monkeys New Album, Thoughts?

It's obviously not bad but it's just a low-key, easy listening album imo and i'm struggling to take anything away from it.

It sounds like it should have been a Last of the Shadow Puppets record.

I've not listened to it but I just checked out the first single and couldn't help but laugh at the silly voice he is affecting, does he keep that up for the whole record?
