Slight concern about our forward options for this game. Was our main problem end of last season, we've not finished strengthening it yet and picked up injuries..

Fucking ridiculous how we could lose that. Only Reading could lose despite being so dominant. Hit the woodwork three times, missed penalty, a shot might have crossed the line. Their goals coming from a deflected freekick and a defender error.

On the plus side, a great performance, even with missing a number of forward players, against a team I expect to finish midtable.

But yea... I'd rather the football wasn't back if that's how it's going to work out.

Have just got back.Completly agree with you Madejski.A game we dominated and yet we contrive to lose the game.As soon as Sa stepped up for the pen i thought he would miss.Didn't help that the players were taking an age over deciding who to take it.Blackman played well as did Williams.

Made a very last minute decision to go up yesterday. Thought we played reasonably well, I said at the time that Tshibola shot was in.
