Fully expect us to get hammered with Banks and Gardener playing - praying Drew and SEB are fit so we don't have to make do at RB and play Armand up top.

Looking froward to a day in Sheffield, suffice to say the match may ruin it!

1200 last week. Can't see us taking 2000. A lot of negativity flying about but still piss poor to say it's 15 mins down road , in my opinion anyway.

Allocated 3000 and 500 left according to the club. Unreal effort I genuinely thought we would take 1500 tops.

I dont, for now. Think we've sold just under the amount of season tickets we did last season...if we continue to do poorly then obviously they'll drop but for now I can't sees massive drop off.

Our board selling all our decent players and not replacing them is a start. Fair few fed up by the obvious cashing in and lack of ambition. Myself included but whilst home games are a chore at the minute a day out still appeals so i'm off tomorrow but won't be next week there at home I don't think.

We sign some players and invest this 3.5m we've taken in transfer fees then sure more will return. Last season we had a great squad and with a little bit more investment could have had a go this season but I think we have sold our hopes down the river and we will probably struggle.

Because of our own, urm...issues this summer my enthusiasm for football hasn't been been so big so i haven't really been keeping up to date with all the other clubs signings etc.

I'd have thought with a new manager and being amongst the favourites you might have splashed the cash a bit or at least brought in a decent amount of new players, have you not?

Sammon (loan)/Sharp/Woolford/Edgar (loan) are our only signings. My pre-season positivity came from us not selling any of our better players, improving the team slightly and having a lot better manager in. Dury is still out on whether any of the new signings are good. We are up the shit creak with injuries though; Kennedy, Brayford, Harris, Baxter, Flynn and Done would all be starters if fit.

Actually the Billy Sharp signing i did pick up on, it's about his 10th stint with you lot but still a good signing for league 1 i'd have thought.

You'll do alright under Adkins i reckon.

We should do Dan, I just worry there'll be a very hostile atmosphere with Murphy being sold (even though he doesn't want to leave, just had a kid here and is settled...we're actually forcing him to go) and the opening day defeat. The people that should shoulder the blame wont and Adkins/the team will unfairly get it in the neck which wont help our cause.

Just a really disappointing pre season , 4 of our better players going and not really replacing them. Plus the fact nobody really knows what's going on behind the scenes. 2000 is shite but like I said , a lot of negativity flying about but having said that there was still over 8000 for the first game
